Pride on the Plaza Booth and Table Form

Please complete the following form and click submit and return to our web site. You must provide your own table, chairs and/or tent. City ordinance does not allow selling of any kind at your information booth. We require that you do not give away drinking water. The official Pride on the Plaza booth will sell bottled water to raise funds for the event. You will be assigned a space on the Plaza before the event. We cannot guarantee that you will be in the shade. The City does not allow any tables or booths to be on the grass.
